Arduplane Log files

I don't know if this is an error with the APM planner log writing or something wrong with our autopilot or what!

Recently since version 1.1.23 we have noticed that the aircraft position is jumping around the map at odd intervals and seems to freeze in one place, although the HUD is showing it moving.

We started looking at the raw data coming out in the status tab and noticed that the lat and long are not changing instantaneously but seem to freeze for a while then jump. We also noticed that the wind direction and velocity is not showing up. All this used to work correctly and display correctly.

In flight, the aircraft seemed to fly correctly, it was launched and it flew the predetermined route correctly and after passing waypoint 2 it came back to the launch point by itself, so all was well with the aircraft. However when you look at the planner, the aircraft is shown in a position that it wasn't ever in. The log seems to be wrong as it does not show the aircraft following the route at any stage.

When we then selected a fly to point it went to guided mode, but didn't go to where it was told to, not even close. The autopilot lost its original launch point and became confused at that point (which was about 5 minutes before we landed, not where it says in the log file). When it was told to RTL it went to the place it was when the guided mode command was given (North of the farm building).

I have no idea whether these are two unrelated incidents or part of the same thing. I have attached the log of the flight which is definitely not an accurate log of the flight.

Any idea's?
