The screw holes for my arms, are large enough, that the arms shift slightly - begging the question - will that interfere with the stability?
Cause if so, I'll glue the arms in place, so they don't shift.
Or screw em in real tight. But I'm afraid that if I screw em down tight enough to prevent shifting, that the aluminum arms will deform. I suppose I could put blocks in there, and then screw em down real tight, instead of using glue. (I wonder if those $40 SM550 frames from rctimer.com shift, or not)

No, that slight shifting won't interfere with stability.
