Hi guys...

I had a crash a couple weeks ago ("moderate" impact?...APM case intact), and am wondering about the integrity of my APM 2.5+ and it's accelerometers and other sensors.

When I connect to Mission Planner...sometimes, but not always, the artificial horizon dances around a bit even with the hex motionless.

Do I need to calibrate something?  Reset something? (Actually, I already did a reset and reinstalled the firmware.)

Could the R/C radio have anything to do with this?  (I am not touching it.)

See attached a screen grab of a couple sensors...again, while the hex is motionless.

Thanks...

  • Bump...thought I'd try for some comments again...please see 1st message...and now also, the attached screen capture of the "dancing".

And...I would no longer say "sometimes, but not always, the artificial horizon dances around"...now, it ALWAYS dances around (maybe it always was always (post crash)).

    Thanks...
