Hi all - tried to flash the atmega32u2 encoder by dollowed instructions to put it into DFU mode (jumper on JP2, then shorting GND and RST of encode).

When opening Flip, I get the expected Atlibusbdfu.dll not found and go to device manager.

But device manager only shows Arduino Mega 2560, and not Atmega32u2.

Does anybody have any ideas on how I can fix this?

Just to add to this, i do hear the disconnect / connect of the USB after the shorting - but no sign of Atmega in device manager
