Hey guys,
We have gone through the tuning process and have our plane navigating well with FBW-A and RTL. Our first two auto flights went well. Several of our later auto flights did not navitage to the waypoints as expected. I've found that the system reports 'Mode Changed to Auto' but it never reports that it is heading to Waypoint 1 and it seems to just loiter. Other times the system reported that it was 'Heading to Waypoint 3' instead of the expected Waypoint 1. Another flight reported that it was 'Heading to Waypoint 5' but there was not a waypoint 5 in the mission. It seems we can get good flights if we power off the APM between missions. Are we missing anything or does anyone have suggestions? A failed flight log and waypoint file are attached.
Thanks,
Aaron

I extracted the waypoints from the tlog file
It looks like your first waypoint is set at 1293m!!! are you flying a rocket?
Thanks for the quick reply. That's probably it. I thought writing a new set of waypoints would wipe out the previous mission. I'll try restarting the mission each time.
If you don't finish a mission and don't power cycle or command APM to restart the mission, it will pick up where it left off. When missions are over they will RTL and loiter until you take over manual command.
