Auto mission in Qgroundcontrol

Hello im using pixhawk and qgroundcontrol in order to create an auto mission with waypoints.

After i succed  with running one auto mission the next time i try to start a new one i get an error in ground control . The message is : "Critical in Air mode" and then the system doesnt seem to opperate.

In addition after trying reaching the fist waypoint another error message pops up : "Rejected auto mission"

This happens exactly at the same point each time im starting a new auto mission.

Does anybody have any ideas of what the problems could be?
