I was doing an autotune after an upgrade from apm 2.6 to pixhawk running 3.1.5.
I think it might be power related (battery).
I have attached the log if it is possible to get some feedback.

I'm no expert but this line from log would explain it PARM, FS_BATT_VOLTAGE, 10.50000.
Why would you start Autotune with an almost flat battery? If it was fully charged then it is defective under load.
