There are used but "excellent condition" UAS/UAV CloudCap autopilots for sale on ebay. I've used the Piccolo SL and Piccolo II before and they are amazing. He's a link to the page for anyone interested. Great units at a fraction of the cost. Generally they sell for $10-12 K Each!
