Battery Monitor

Hi,

Does anyone know if the Arducopter code is developed enough for battery monitoring. I can see a section in the code but is it actually used at this time? If it is can you give me some pointers on getting it up and running. I currently have a 2Cell 7.4V 5200ma Lipo.

I suppose if we use 2 or more batteries in parallel, we need to tweak that code and change the resistor?
