I tried to find this, but could not get a complete answer. I am using Mission Planner with a Walkera QR X350 Pro. It is setup with 3d v1 telemetry but only works from the copter to the computer. I don't mind that as long as I can see what it is doing. But my problem came yesterday when I had 6 waypoints and on the 4th point just as it was about to reach it I heard mode change RTL I am guessing I lost signal from my TX to the 350. So I was wondering if there is a way to set things up that when I push a switch on my TX to initiate AUTO and by some chance loose connection between my transmitter and the 350 that it will continue the mission?

In mission planner you can set "continue with the mission" if you are losing transmitter signal instead of activating RTL in that case...,
Look under FS settings for your throttle..
