I've only worked with the MediaTek purchased from the diydrones store but this GPS at least returns the longitute and latitude in centimeters. So at a high level all you need to do is have a preset min/max longitude and min/max lattitude and then as you're flying around, if either of the lon or lat goes above the max or below the min, cut the throttle.
