ok to start a im an nube that cant spell. i need a plane that will be able to fly aprox 1.2 km out 800m eather side and go up and down alitude a large rate 300-500m with in 1km
all it needs is the ability to take a video and once landed to be able to down load that of the plane.
side wind and thurmals could be around 4-6 knots and my rc skills r shocking...
hear was my idea. o yes i am cheap too..

2:turnigy 9ch remote
3:apm pre made
4:super had ccd camera
could anyone tell me that with this system i could not up load grid to the system and it would fly the route i have given it and return to my take off landing are and has a video that i can wipe off it once i get it to the pc. any info would be great?

To record the video, I'm assuming the CCDS camera you're talking about doesn't have on board recording device, you'd either need to add an on board digital recorder or use a simpler all in 1 solution like a go pro. You can get a version 1 or 2 for cheap on eBay and when the plane lands its as simple as popping out the SD and sticking it in your laptop to get the pictures or video.
The list above should work hauling a go pro and be a cheap solution to getting the video you need.
