I've used the "all at once" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gYoknRObfOg&feature=youtu.be) ESC calibration. But once I turn my quadcopter back on, the quadcopter motor don't respond.

If you're asking if the motors run right after calibration, then yes. But once I unplug and plug the battery back in they stop responding. I reran the Wizard in Mission Planner, and the Mission planner just says Disarmed no other info than that.
I did what you said and then I tried something I'd noticed on some threads, where people are talking about throttling down and to the right to arm the quad. I tried that and it worked!
But now as soon as I leave it idle it disarms so I'm worried if that'll happen midflight.
The propellers spun but I wasn't able to take off. Maybe my battery needs recharging. Also my propellers are spinning in the wrong direction. I corrected that by flipping the props but the quad didn't take off so I'm going to try to charge the battery first.
I have a 3DR Quad C frame and I have ESCs and ESC instructions for the Quad D frame. Maybe that's why the props are turning the wrong direction.I gotta check that too.
