Can I?

I killed my one battery. I have ordered others, but they are not here yet. They are 11.1v Li-pos

I have a 12v power supply that can supply 10A +. Can I run the system via that till the batteries get here?

    I'd have to get bigger ESC's, motors and maybe make the frame a BIT stronger  :)

    Ok. Just for config and getting the EXC's programmed.

    What about a car battery jump box?

    That's not a lot of current, but as long as you don't intend to spin the props much it should be okay.
