Can I use the Sparkfun FTDI basic 5V for testing the ArduIMU+ v2?

Hi All:

 

       Does someone has experience on Sparkfun FTDI basic 5V (http://www.sparkfun.com/commerce/product_info.php?products_id=9115)?

 

       Can I use it + a normal usb cable for testing the ArduIMU+ v2? I check the port and voltage and should be totally matching, but want to get confirming by you guys.

    Yes, it should be no problem. The 3V version does not supply enough voltage for the gps to get lock, but the 5V version should be fine.
