what is the difference with special drone motors?

I am a school student and I am in my last semester. I am making a drone as my final project and for that I want to know can ordinary DC motors be used for drone. I am glad I have found my answer over here. I was searching for this www.TellCulvers.com website on google search and while searching for it online, I found your post.

They can (they're called brushed motors) and often are on the tiny drones. But brushless motors are more efficient and are used on larger ones

  I do like to build a load lift drone, and there should be some brushless large power DC motor I found online .
