The documentation states that the sonar in the optical flow sensor is not accurate enough, so it needs LIDAR. I am using pulse light LIDAR. My question is can be remove the sonar in the optical flow sensor. I ask this because I plan to use another sonar as secondary range finder. I am afraid that leaving the sonar in optical flow sensor will interfere with the signals of the secondary sonar I intend to install.

In a different post this has been answered that yes indeed the sonar can be removed and the optical flow will work fine?
