I just want the plane to follow a course at its current height.Im flying 2.7.1 with IMU and using the config tool to upload the flight plan.CheersS

I'm not sure how to do that in 2.7 with the given utilities, although it wouldn't be too hard for you to add to the code. BTW, that's easy in ArduPilot Mega. Overall, the Mission Planning is much more sophisticated in APM, thanks to the larger memory and two-way communications.
