Is there any way to allow the APM the go through a startup procedure without a transmitter connected?
My APM is mounted on an RC plane.
When I start the APM without a rc transmitter connected my servos go to full deflection and bind. Is there any way to prevent this or make the APM output a 1500hz PWM signal on startup?

I guess to clarify I would like for the APM to initialize while it is receiving no input pwm signals.
