Cannot upload v2.3 code

Hi there,I cannot seem to upload the 2.3 code. It isn't a sync error so I'm not sure what next to try.This is what comes up after the program compiles fine:avrdude: stk500_paged_write(): (a) protocol error, expect=0x14, resp=0x00avrdude: failed to write flash memory, rc=-4avrdude: stk500_disable(): protocol error, expect=0x14, resp=0x00Thanks for your help!Joel

    Have you run through ALL of the debugging tips in the manual?

    Joel,

    We need to know a couple of things before we can help you:

    1) What serial to USB converter are you using: Sparkfun or Adafruit?

    2) Do you have a Shield board attached to the Ardupilot?

    3) Have you tried uploading without the GPS attached?
