reading thru the ardupilot 's wiki on google code I came across this very intresting feature, the ability of uploading P and I values to the ardupilot via Xbee

is the only page where I was able to find informations.
May you explain me the software hardaware reasons that make this feature works?
also, how should the Xbee wired to the ardupilot board in order to take advantage of this "hack"?

so in order to experiment this feature I should connect serial data in of the ardupilot with the serial data out of the Xbee, right?
