Change the limitation of change Alt feature

Hi guysوI am a new member. I had a question about changing the code. If someone can help.How can I change the value of the change Alt in the program, which can be set to over 1000.I'm not familiar with the various sections of this program, and I do not find the part of code which change alt was limited between 0 and 999.
