changing default PWM rate on aux

I'm using the AUX PWM outputs and i'd like the default PWM rate to be 0 instead of 900. I'm using the PWM output to control an EPM and upon bootup, the default rate causes actions on the device.

Sure this has been posted somewhere, but i can't find a 'simple' answer. I can't find any parameter in teh mission planner to adjust this. if anyone can help - thanks!
