Flight mode 6 is manual , greyed out, and cannot be modified.

How can I modified it to STABILIZE or FBWA please ?

  i did try and it works instantly in the HUD, but if you disconnect and reconnect, it goes back to manual :-)

If your plane ever stalls, FBW is likely to put you into an unrecoverable spin. That's why Manual mode is obligatory.
