Hi all! New here and a friend gave me his Cheerson because he couldn't get it to lift, motors would spin but that's it. Its an open source, I downloaded Mission Planner did all firmware stuff, calibrated the RC and while hooked to the computer doing motor tests they will spin at different rpm's but as soon as I unhook it, put it on the ground, arm it and try to take off it won't lift. The motors just spin at one speed no matter what I do! This is very frustrating and can't find anything on the web for a fix. I have other quads but this one is very new and still complicated lol. What do I do??? Any help is greatly appreciated!
