I have the Cheerson CX-20 Copter (Open Source) and I purchased the Quanum Nova Alloy Electric Retract set from Hobby King for it. Everything went together great and I used the “Y” adaptor to connect the retracts and plugged it in the “5v S2 port” on the bottom of the Quad.
When I powered the Quad and rotated the AUX2 knob clockwise the retracts extended and when I rotated the knob counterclockwise nothing happened.
I did further testing by connecting the retracts to a servo tester and using the Manual mode on the tester I was able to raise & lower them with no problem, several times. It’s like the AUX2 knob on the transmitter needs more throw. I don't know how to do this. I do have APM Mission Planner if needed. Thanks for any help.
I was thinking (bad idea).... that the AUX1 & AUX2 are meant to be used with a camera gimbal, for the Tilt & Pan. I figured that I would use AUX2 as the Tilt (goes up & down) and was again thinking I could use APM to make the adjustments to the AUX2, if that's possible, to control the throws. Any Idea's???
