Hi , i just recently began working on my quadcopter and was doing some preliminary calculations to determine which battery i will use. what i have4 Turnigy TR 42-40A 1050kv 35A Brushless Outrunner (http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=2100)4 Turnigy Plush 40amp Speed Controller (http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=2165)and i was looking at this battery Turnigy 4000mAh 3S 20C Lipo Pack (http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=9185)Here is what i came up with, to be safe i used the max load for the motor (35A) , since i have 4 , i need something that can output 140A.If two of the above batteries are hooked up in parallel, the new battery would be an 8000mAh 3s 20C. So 8000mAh*20= 160A140<160 so i should be safe right? however thats a lot of current, what could the wire gauge on the batteries and esc support that? Also if this is the case, i get that the battery will only last 3 minutes under the current configuration. Is my math and logic right?thanks in advanceAlan

Say also what propeller size, that makes all the load and thrust, usually hovering should take half throttle or less,
depends of course weight. I think you are in safe side anyway.
