At this moment only CIRCLE_RATE is available on CH6.
Any reason why the radius is not available?
The center of the circle should remain unchanged which might need additional code.

You can' change the circle_rate by circle_radius parameter with the last update ?
it can be done remotly with the Tali H500 ( apm like ).
