I am trying to make airborne my quad X, but it flips always. APM2.0, quad X, 1000kv, 30A ESC.
I did re-calibrate Radio, ESC, balanced motors and props, check the CLI motors order and rotation. All those steps looks fine, but quad still flip.
I decided to enable MOTORS in CLI Log and I did try a test without props and below is the result.
What I find weird is that even I did action only the throttle stick (no roll, no yaw, no pitch), the log for all 4 motors are not following the same path.
It looks for me as an issue. I was expected all 4 motors to follow an identical graph, is that correct?
From the graph below I do the conclusion that 2 motors received less signal or not synch. This can be one reason my quad flip.
As I did mention, I did calibrate many times the ESC, using the "one by one" method, since all together did not work for me.
When throttle is increase, visually and auditive, all motors start in in sync, but from graph it looks different.
Please need your advices, thanks.

I am afraid I am a bit unclear on what was measured above? The pwm out from APM to ESC, or the output of ESC to motor, or motor RPM?
Another piece I seem to get from the text and comments is that this same setup used to work? What happened between then and now? Crash? Changes to the setup? SW update of APM?
It's hard to estimate what could be causing this when we are speaking of the system as a whole, splitting it into separately testable sections is usually the wisest way to go about troubleshooting.
I know it's probably not much help but it's all I can think of.
Some new test for motors log at different %, without props. I did see the values of motors are not the same and wondering why. At 0 throttle, all motors are on the same graphic which for me means ESC are calibrated OK.
Also I did notice the log reports a pitch and roll graphic, but after quadX calibration, the roll and pitch control was not touched and also quad was not touched, just sit on ground.
Are those normal graphics? Should I worry about my APM2.0?
Please experts, need your help.
