Does anyone know whether a kind of Collission and Object Avoidance system exists which provides avoidance signals to the AP which enables the UAV to really fly autonomous by avoiding any static and dynamic obstacle on a pre-determined flight path

We are thinking of a detect and avoid system for static and dynamic obstacles for LUAS applications.
Do you know something like that is already available or do we have to design such system ourselves
