communication problem

Hi im having trouble with the ArdupilotMegaPlanner software i can communicate with happygilmores software but when i try with the planner i get communication error no communication

im using xbee 900 and ArduPilotMega 1.02 if anyone has a idear ive tried everything i can think of

    ArdupilotMegaPlanner works via the onboard usb port on 1.02, it will not run over xbee
