I've got a problem on the compass on my APM 2.0: On CLI it results always as "not Healty", with always the same initialization message "Compass init error". I tried to download the firmware of ArduCopter from 2.9.1b to 2.9.1 and 2.8.1 with no luck. I even tried to upload Arduplane firmware to see if something changed, but nothing happen and I still got the same error. The strange thing is that if I move my quad on yaw axis on Mission Planner It seems to work good and I can clearly read the value from 0 to 360 on raw data sensors telemetry. Any idea?!

Yes this is a bug, i think it's being sorted.
For now, in terminal/setup, type 'enable compass' first (i think that's what it is, not got kit to hand) then run the test.
