I thought I had already posted this question but do not see it in this thread. If it is them I apologise for wasting bandwidth.
I am unable to compile and subsequently upload BKZLyZ2Ner 2.71 to my APM2.5. I have used both Arduino 1.0.3 and 1.0.4 in both cases I get lots of warning and errors from the compiler. Whilst in no way being a programmer I have modified and uploaded many programs into Arduino devices. LRS both Tx and Rx , MultiWii, Minim OSD, and Turnigy 9X Tx. I have, I think got the correct library's in the correct directory's. My PC is running Win 7 64 bit SP 1 and has the relevant drivers.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated. I realise that I can upload via the MP but would like to be able to #define some options and inputs via config files.

You need to use this version of Arduino:

and set the APM board type in the new ArduPilot menu.
