Connecting an External GPS to APM2 - Need pinouts on APM2

I am hoping to use this GPS as an external for my APM2. I know how to disable the onboard GPS,

but in looking at the pins, the APM2 has a 6 pin connector and my new GPS module has only 4.

Will it work? If so, how to I wire it up? Thanks for any help. I have searched and not found the answer. The APM2 board shows the gnd,5v rx, tx for UART1 but doesn't translate that to the 6 pins in the connector.
