Connecting DragonLink to Pixhawk via PPM

Has anyone been able to get the DL connected to the new Pixhawk?

I am using a Turnigy 9X with Dragonlink and connecting the PPM (tried CH12 and CH9) pins to the RC pins on my Pixhawk. While setting up the Pixhawk via MP's Wizard, when I get to Radio Calibration nothing happens, doesn't see my radio..

Do I need to PPM encoder add-on from 3DR?

Well.. I think its working now.. Was trying to use MP 1.3.5.. Installed APM Planner 2.0 and its working..
