I have got the following connectors

The manual is quite clear about which way the connectors should be joint to the APM board, but how should they be connected to the receiver?
Also these connectors don't seem to fit into my RDS8000 receiver.

Compare with the battery connector lead for your receiver to establish which of the 3 wires is positive and negative. This will be the same for all connectors on the receiver. The third wire, absent on the battery leads, is the signal wire. If the leads you have carry a little projecting keystrip at one corner, and your receiver leads don't, then carefully cut the key strip off, without cutting into the connector body. Instead there will be a different keying method, usually a minute chamfer on one corner. Replicate this as necessary with a sharp knife. Then the leads should fit your receiver.
