Connecting ublox gps with compass to APM? - 3DRobotics Y6

First of all I am new.  I just got my 3drobotics Y6 about a month ago and have had no problems.  A blast to fly.  My Y6 is the RTF factory setup with telemetry setup and OSD/FPV.

Last week, I am not for sure what happened, but I lost power/control/brown out (not really sure what happened) and crashed upside down.    The GPS was cracked, so I ordered a new GPS.  My question is.  The "MAG" connector is a 4 pin  (top of picture) and the connection I thought I pulled out is 5 pin (connector on bottom).  This picture is the underside of the GPS/compass unit.

What is the solution?  Sorry for my limited ability.  This really has me confused.  My cracked GPS that I am replacing is 4 pin as well.  Where or how does this connection connect?  Thanks to all

  • The 'mag' connector connects to the 'i2c' port on the Apm, which is also 4 pins.
The module you ordered should have come with a 4-conductor cable with the appropriate connectors
    for this.
