I am using the latest version of Mission Planner and I am having issues getting data to the computer. I connect to the ardupilot, but when I try to calibrate my accelerometers, I get an error saying "No data for XXX seconds." Any ideas on what I can check to remedy this issue?

So I now get both upload and download packets once I connect, but I still can't calibrate the accs. My primary flight display in mission planner says disarmed in red. In the terminal, when I select test, I get a No data flash inserted error and a compass init error. I am kinda stuck. I am not new to autopilots (mostly coded in matlab), but I am new to the ardupilot/mission planner.
that is possible, but should still be working fine. once you complete the calibration it will return to normal
