control surface centering with autopilot

I've been running the test suites and everything appears to be checking out fine so far. However I noticed that when I switch from manual to one of the two modes loaded by default in Ardupilot my rudder moves from center to about 30 degrees left. I've been searching through the manual to find where this can be set to center but haven't found it yet. I'm sure I overlooked it at some point. Can anyone point me to where this is setup?

BTW I am able to nudge the rudder either direction with my Tx so it should be wired up correctly.
