I guess you mean an arduCopter? I guess you're asking, "how can I stop the quad from drifting?".
The truth is that it will always move around. You can change the trims on your transmitter somewhat to counteract constant forces (like maybe a light breeze or an off balance center of gravity) ... but to actively counteract non-contant forces (like changes in wind) you need a GPS attached for position hold (and you need to be outside). also you need a sonar for altitude hold (unless you're higher than 2 or 3 meters in which case the barometer will be fine).
