Hi,
I had the same thing recently - i even saw the prop fly off (I'll be using lock nuts from now on!). Sorry, not sure how to identify in logs - but I think you'd probably need the LOG_BITMASK to be set to log motors as well (which i didn't have turned on)
Also - I was under the impression that a hex should be able to stabalise itself with 5 props, does anyone know if it 'should' have been able to stabalise itself?
