Hello guys, I am a mechanical engineering student, for my thesis, I am working on a Survey UAV. Now it is carrying a lot of electronics (about 170watt) so it gets quite toasty inside. I wanted to go with a water cooler on the cooling block of the electronics, and then with a heat sink attached to the outer hull, however, the company specifically wants to cool the electronics with air flow (so circulating the air and using the stainless steel hull to do the cooling (the outside temperature will be 10 C max). I would like to know how you solve your electronics cooling, maybe there are some more creative ways that I don't know about!
