I need some help identifying an issuing I'm having with the L3D4200D 3-axis gyro. Attached is a screenshot of a data capture I took. Now this is just the sensor being tilted forward then backward. What I expect to see is a smooth (a little noisy) signal with a positive bump then a negative bump. Instead I keep getting a signal that seems to outline the actual signal but keeps going back down to 0-10 (jittering) then back to the actual signal. It's causing my filter to go crazy, I can't seem to figure this out... Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Is this unit defective?
