My configuration is following:
AUTOPILOT --> APM2.5
SENSORS ---> AIRSPEED
CURRENT/VOLTAGE
TELEMETRY --> XBEE SYSTEM
TRANSMITTER --> FUTABA T7C
My problem is a big delay of answer of servos in manual mode. When I push the stick the servo copy is 1 o 2 seconds later. First doesn't happen and 1 o 2 seconds late moves servo. Sometime servo keep in position when the stick is neutral position. Is it normal?. Is delay of CPU?

This sounds like you are having a brownout, and then manual mode kicks in 1 to 2 seconds later (as backup). You should check the flight data on MP to see what status it is telling you. Also monitor Vcc in Mission Planner to see if it drops.
Which XBee are you using and how are you powering your setup?
