DIY Drones Flash Chat

I am sorry that my first forum post is a complaint but this only became an issue today. I use Linux for my main OS of choice and the 64bit version of Firefox has problems with the "stock" Flash plugin. In fact I hate Flash myself but that is beside the point. Problem is that in Iceweasel I accidentally clicked the expand button on the Flash chat plugin and now it will not go away. Even when I am logged in another system using Windows this chat plugin will not collapse in Linux after collapsing it while logged in, it takes up a good chunk of space in the corner, thus rendering the webpage mostly unreadable. I am not sure what to do other than deal with it, or never actually log on under Linux, it's just something you guys should be aware of. Maybe try another chat applet using Java or something? I don't know???

Other than this minor issue the site is awesome! Again sorry my first forum post is a complaint, just an FYI.

  • Ideally the chat should drop all this proprietary nonsense (flash, java, moonlight or whatever it's called now) and stay with standards: HTML5 and Javascript.
