I purchased the DJI Mavic 2 Pro in august when it was released. From the start I had issues with the drone: the drone kept losing connection for no reason, IMU Calibration images weren’t updating correctly, the DJI GO 4 app kept crashing and I had to reboot the phone to make the app connect again with the drone. For example, in 1 flying session, I had to reboot my phone 5 times to reconnect, while my friend next to me had no issue with the Mavic Pro. Weird right when the transmission signal of the Mavic 2 Pro is supposed better than the Mavic Pro.
Then, about 1 week after I received the drone, I was with my same friend who has 3 DJI drone. The connection was lost again, so I tried to reboot the phone as usual to reconnect, but it didn’t work this time. I tried to make the drone land manually, but the drone wasn’t stable (it kept moving by itself). I made sure I wasn’t in sport mode and it was not the case. Since the drone was not stable, I wanted to make sure that the drone land safely, so I went back up a few meters over the ground and started an RTH, but it didn’t land safely at all. In fact, the drone plonged super fast towards the ground.

1. Try another phone since it's hard to verify remotely the problem.
2. Send log file to DJI directly
3. I have joined DJI as a developer following the collapse of drone business by Chris to be on top of state-of-the-art in drone technologies
