Bought a DJI Phantom2 Vision+ and worked fine half a dozen time then video went out. Have telemetry, flies fine, takes pics and movies, gimbal moves, just no video. Have updated all firmware and followed instruction from DJI in re-setting it all, and still no video. DJI seems to have poor service in the US and the company I bought the product from, Century Helicopters, in San Jose, CA (stay away from them) could care less about helping me with the problem. SUGGESTIONS PLEASE!!!

Pull it apart and fix it, prob the video TX ... I don't have a phantom so I would need to see pictures... May be the right time for a more capable copter

I am in El Salvador, Central America, and this it is a new market here for this type of products. I am in the corporate insurance brokerage business and find this tool extremely useful for my work, which we do all over Central America, so with 8 offices, a ton of work, and a potential market opening up, I am looking not only at one copter but a whole dealership.
Sorry.....lots of work have kept me away.....2 WEEKS!!! THIS MUST STOP!!!, then again, maybe not....productive work!!! these guys at DJI put some complicated screws on the little machine...have to figure out a way to get them off and get a better idea of what the hell is inside! got a dealer in Florida with some ideas as well....I will keep you posted...still need sugestions on other brands.
