I just want to take this opportunity to notify everybody here that is looking for a GoPro lens solution that you don't have to pay $400+ to get a good quality lens. I've found a supplier (with whom I have no relations) that provides similar lenses to RageCams but at a fraction of the price. I just got a lens in from Sunex (DSL355A-650-F2.8) that seems to work great with my camera and it was only $49+$25 for two-day shipping. Just had to unscrew the old lens and screw in the new one. Note that this only seems to be the case for the Hero 3+ line. I will post some full-resolution shots when I get the chance to fly (bad weather at the moment).
I hope this helps someone who, like me, is trying to do aerial video on a budget. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the fact that I saved a few hundred bucks. Again, I have no relation to Sunex, just a satisfied customer.

Indeed, Sunex is on old supplier for lens. I did buy one for my Hero2 to remove the eye fish effect.
Lens as good, but not made in pure glass as original, but plastic (similar), at least what I did buy. But looks good quality.
