Iv soldered the filter pads and made sure the quad is level. Only after 2-3 mins of flying does it start to drift. What could the problem be and how would I fix it? tune the system.pde?

well, it always seems to want to pitch backwards and to the right. It progressively gets worse with longer flight times and more manuevering.
What do mean by "drift"?
