Drone Orange Cube+ flight controller set up needed.

I am looking to hire someone to set up a Orange cube+ flight control system in a prototype UAV.

We are located in northern Illinois... 75 miles SW of Chicago.

We would also take recomendations on all the additional equipment needed to make this design transition from vertical take-off to normal flight and back... fully autonomous.
